Over this period Holly has developed a whole range of real life experienced based teaching techniques in a variety of diving conditions and has developed an instructor training program that prepares new instructors to a level way beyond that generally expected within industry. Holly offers the program 10 times throughout the year and provides new instructors with the tools to go on and develop a highly rewarding and successful career teaching others to dive.
