HSR HL

The first ever worst decision i took is choosing HL. We choose branded interior designer to avoid unnecessary choas or other difficulties. However it was the same experience as set of getting work done by some local vendor. Below are key issues I experienced during the project.

1. They never customize per customer requirements. They have a fixed box which they place it in different dimension and say it as design.

2. In case if u want a unique designs then it is you who have to design it. Cause designers doesn't take proper input from customer and execute. They just keep going with existing designs.

3. End of design phase I requested the designer to set up one last meeting. So that there is deviation from the design/color/size. But it never happen and we were directly asked to sign the agreement on site.

Do you really think a csutomer will come down to site and read the bunch of paper you're brining? I did not read, instead I believed the designer and signed it.

During installation we found mismatch and have to get that corrected.

4. PM assigned to my project never visit the site. He just keeps coordinating over the phone. I have to be on site and keep instructing the carpenters. They done even take precaution steps not to damage the flat. In my case there was lot of scratches in tiles and wall corners was also damaged.

5. Time managent - every day I have to come and wait here for hours and they never came on time. So many days I have to take off and just keep waiting.

6. End of the project HL is suppose to clean the flat and restroom. PM said they don't clean flats, later I have fight for it with the given agreement. They don't have any house keeping staff or 3rd party vendor. Instead they ask the carpenter itself to clean. When my flat wasnt cleaned. PM reported to HL management that cleaning is done. Again I have to fight and finally PM came down to site and picked few house keeping staff from my society and got it cleaned.

7. Before I sign the completion letter. PM informed the office and they issued the warranty. Warranty has to be issued after me signing the completion.letter.

Again have to argue and then they got sign from me and reissued the warranty.

After paying money. I was just keep talking to everyone in HL and there was indeed no help. Just they speak English and nothing much.

Note - their 45 days policy works like this. 30 days for production and 15 days for installation. The 15 days criteria is not applicable for any purchases that is done through HL from 3 rd rdrty vendors. Example chimney, electrical work with in cabinets etc.

So basically they get the woods installed !

8. Post completion we found too many allignment issues and gaps in wardrobe for which the execution team replied per agreement there will 1 or 2 mm differences in the cabinets.

I know am paying more, so that I don't have to take any headache. But that wasn't the case. It was same like local vendor.

Big scam!! They don't provide the essential details till you pay an advance and then make you chase them for help.

There is no management person who you can talk too and the designers appear to be clueless.

I have been chasing rhem for almost 2 months now for a solution but no response yet

Horrible service and very unprofessional people.

I had horrible experience with Prajakta Gawara. It doesn't matter how much you explain your requirement they will only do whatever they can do to get all your information and they will later bash on you that how much work they have done and then they talk very rudely and in a very unprofessional way.

I'll seriously not recommend to anyone for interior decoration or any kind of house work from them..

Livspace studio in Pune is very well designed which tempted me to hand over my house interior project to it. Initially work got delayed due to COVID-19 which is acceptable. With the flow of this pandemic many designers/architects got assigned to my project and it got delayed. Finally when I started following up badly to get it delivered, it all messed up. Livspace failed badly in execution and delivery. I shifted to my house but still my work is undone. I have to live in dust and mess everyday because of the work which is going on. Architect could not guide me properly although I was ready with the money and she was well aware of my shifting plan. Every time I try and reach customer care, management guys are educating me about right and wrong. If this is the kind of work and behavior someone gets at stake of such high price, then it is better to contact a local interior designer studio who will deliver good work, on time, at lower cost and a better communication too. Although this company provides very good 3D design for your space, on time delivery along with excellent communication with client is what matters the most in every project. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY WITH LIVSPACE, Pune.please prefer Woodpecker, wakad. They deliver on time and what they promise.

[update as of 10 Feb 2021] - It's so funny how Livspace PUNE team is managing. Once order is delivered at site evenproject manager is not aware of any missing order. Again customer has to call and let them know after which they raise a concern with their central team. Livspace, Pune has literally made joke out of words 'execution', 'customer value'. DISSAPOINTED.

I think Livspace only focuses on marketing experience, but their on ground experience is pathetic. My project started on 26th Jan 2019 and still I don't have the handover/completion docs of my project. I have a 3BHK in one of the renowned societies and I had given my entire new house to Livspace. Sadly, it was a very frustrating and pathetic experience that after paying the first installment, I'm only following up for closure. My advice don't go for livspace products or services and there are better options to renovate in a much cheaper, fast er way and with superior quality than Livspace

I met the sales guy (Anand Sir) couple of times. Our society Sales person asked us to meet him.....First meet was fine, but we wanted more information - in the second meet he started asking that I charge for visit. (Lol a Sales Guy already gets paid to market and sale ...and not ask money for his visit). We wanted to give him some ideas then realised he was rude after knowing that we have not finalised them yet and then he was not taking interest and was trying to show off..while the work he has shown us...is of normal quality only. We shown them a sample flat..he didn't take interest...What we wanted is to understand, give our idea and get an initial estimate but he was asking for 30k for drawing, provide requirements and then they will tell us approx cost and also each visit we will charge. Other interior designers at least provide a basic design and know how to handle customer, we never said no..but he didn't even followed up. God knows why so much of atittude..when their work is not so great quality and they are not even famous. They only asked our Builder to tell the customers about them and then they do this. I have provided the feedback. Learn customer handling first. :)

Livspace is a fresher factory, no experience designers , all are college students and their managers are more useless because they freshers of MBA students and they also dont bother for customers , Dont fool yourself by looking into stars of review in google here is a details how they uplift their reviews : they increase their google ratings with their employees reviews which is against google policies. The problem with Livspaces is their useless team , no call received once you pay them and everytime you have visit them and beg for services. Their employees with managers and designers are smoking in front of stores and they even dont bother to attend a customer as they know customer has paid amount and they can do whatever with the customer.

Also they started a trick nowadays , they have done reviews posting on their competitors reviews page by Livspace employees and paid reviews to defame the brand which is completely misguide of the customers , which causes loss of faith on google itself. Now Google has to take care such spam Organizations who make false commitments to customers & block Livspaces review page from Google #google @google.

Please dont believe on Livspaces sugar coated words they are useless and not providing any service , now i am in position to slap them IN front of their staff who do such malpractice of business and playing with customers feelings and payments.

Very disappointed that you are not able to arrange initial call with designer. Not sure how you will manage to complete the work on time. We had read very good reviews of Livespace and were eagerly wanted to proceed with you for our home interiors. But even after taking followups you are not able to arrange the call.To add more we have also visited your showroom when we dint receive the initial call. And even after promises we dint get any call back from your designer.

Most worthless branch, worthless customer care and employees, refuse to supply loan statement to the customer rather suggest calling call centre or visit loan branch for statement. Even no loan papers supplied to customer. Just a last priority to have such bogus service, seems like psu bank.

Without disturbing complete loan EMI is started. But the things is no one called or email customer to know what is the status of DD which was issued by HDFC in 2020 and not yet presented to bank. Bad experience. Hopefully relevent team connect soon.

We visited to forex department today,and we had Very very bad experience here. Very third class service they provide to their clients. Female staff's behavior was very halkat quality. They treat us like beggars.

Not even recommending single star so much irresponsible guys in this place and your employees need better training they won't even respond calls. My DD related problem has not solved still it is many days over now.

Same they replied me to write a mail to them they will contact me attached screen shot for the reference there mail id also not deliverable, Absolutely a false information to customer by providing a wrong email id.
